Who is this program not for?

Nobody knows what your body needs or what size it’s supposed to be except for your body! Your body has its own shape and size that it THRIVES at. If you are suffering with bulimia or anorexia, relying solely on a self-guided online treatment program is not advisable. This seems like a lot of work, I want to do it, but I'm not sure I have the time: 

The videos are anywhere from 6-22 minutes each day, and there is some homework and some guided meditations to listen to. I try to reiterate that although each day has a lot in it, even doing small bits each day can be extremely helpful. Many women with eating disorders have an all-or-nothing mindset. I never thought anything could save me. Never. I have tried everything in the world and every single program failed me. I started this program almost a year ago and I've been 100% binge free for more than six months now. Before this I'd never gone more than a few days (there have been a couple of 1-2 week stretches but not more than that). This program has completely saved my life. I'm so grateful.

I can't say enough about this course. I have been working the steps for more than six months and I finally feel free. I've been suffering from binge eating and bulimia for more than 28 years. I've been to therapists, groups, 12 step meetings... I've been on Prozac, Wellbutrin, you name it. I've done it all. I was highly doubtful that this online program could help me. But Leora just gets it. Her teaching videos and meditations are right on target. The homework has helped me look inside of myself so deeply and to understand more of why I do what I do and how to stop. I feel like a different person, a whole person. Finally. My life has opened up and I'm looking forward to finally living, finally having the life that I've always wanted without this monkey on my back. This program is a miracle. If you are thinking of signing up, go for it. You absolutely won't regret it. I wish I'd found this program 28 years ago, but I've found it now and found peace and that's what counts.

This program was as the cliche goes, a life savor! I found recovery from Bulimia right here and I had been in deep for a very, very long time. The loving tone of Leora comes through in each lesson/step. The program is called 5-Weeks but it never expires which means you can go back and utilize all the loving resources over and over. For anyone living with any kind of ED, you know there are no quick fixes, this program honors this truth. I did two laps of the program and though I got a lot out of the first go around, the second was even deeper healing for me. I could go on forever about this program but I have a life now, and I'm going to go do that.
