Recover from Binge Eating Disorder Right Now

You Can Recover!

Recover on Three Levels:

  • Behavioral Healing
  • Nutritional Healing
  • Emotional Healing

Binge eating hurts. It hurts in a million different ways. It hurts physically, it hurts emotionally, and it hurts spiritually. It makes you feel unsafe, ashamed, and hopeless. I know because I have dealt with and recovered from Binge Eating Disorder and have helped thousands of people recover from Binge Eating Disorder.

If you've been dealing with BED for awhile, you know that it is one of the most painful and self-destructive secrets that you can be holding. If you have been binge eating for weeks, months, years, or even decades of your life, then you know what I'm talking about:

Every single time you binge, you promise yourself that it's the very last time. You declare each binge your last binge -- but days or sometimes just hours later, you find yourself standing at the refrigerator eating as fast as you can -- almost without knowing how you got there. You might feel hopeless and desperate, you might even want to give up- thinking to yourself, "I'll never recover from binge eating disorder..."

  • Maybe you started a new diet and you ate something that you "weren't supposed to."
  • Maybe you felt guilty, ashamed, and angry at yourself and you wound up bingeing because you figured "tomorrow's another day to be perfect..."
  • Maybe you were feeling anxious, stressed, lonely, bored, unloved, alone, or depressed.
  • Maybe you were tired from a long day of work and you just needed to shut down.
  • Maybe you were rewarding yourself for completing a hard day.
  • Maybe you were procrastinating or avoiding something, like work, homework, or paying bills or doing taxes or something equally as stressful.
  • Maybe you felt too much pressure with family, kids, stress, trying to do everything and be perfect and you just didn't know what else to do.
  • Maybe you felt ashamed of your body and yourself and binge eating helped to block out those feelings.
  • Maybe you wanted to numb yourself.
  • Maybe you were craving the sensation of being full.
  • Maybe you were chasing the taste and couldn't find what you were looking for -- to satisfy the urge, the desire for... that one thing.
  • Maybe you were trying to blow off steam.
  • Maybe you have young kids at home and you feel crazy -- and eating helps you feel better.
  • Maybe you feel addicted and you can't stop.
  • Maybe you are looking for the instant gratification that only food can bring.
  • Maybe it is just a habit that you've developed that you don't know how to stop.
  • Maybe you feel hopeless, like you'll never be a normal eater.
  • Maybe you feel some combination of all of these things. ...And perhaps whatever is going on, it's making you feel helpless, shameful, disgusted with yourself and totally over it.

You can put an end to all this. You can recover from binge eating disorder right now. Right this moment.

I want you to sit for a moment and start by just imagining yourself on the other side of this.

  • You are no longer binge eating.
  • You are no longer obsessively dieting.
  • You are no longer hating yourself or feeling ashamed of yourself.
  • You are no longer spending hours trying on different clothes to go to work in the morning.
  • You are no longer avoiding friends, family or events because you are afraid of the food or of what people will think of your body.

What Does it Mean to Recover from Binge Eating?

Recovery from binge eating is not as simple as never having a binge again. To fully recover from binge eating is a complete mind, body, and spiritual recovery. It's a feeling of peace inside of you and relief:

  • You are changing your automatic behaviors.
  • You are changing the way you look at the world.
  • You are changing the way you feel and respond to situations around you.
  • You are changing the way you feel and react to problems and issues.
  • You are changing the way you respond to stress.
  • You are changing the way you respond to desire and want when it comes to food.

When you recover from binge eating, your whole outlook changes both inside and out:

  • You begin to feel calm around food.
  • You begin to let yourself eat, just eat like a normal person.
  • Your body comes to its natural and healthy weight without you trying to control it.
  • Your mind starts to think about other things, more interesting things than food, calories taken in, calories burned, diets, and exercise routines.
  • You start to get out into the world and you stop avoiding people or events that you used to because of food fears and body shame.
  • You start to read about more interesting things than the latest diet or health fad.
  • You have time to do things that you've always wanted to do.
  • You have interesting things to talk about that are not about your own weight or other people's weight or calories or diets or exercise regimens.

Your life will open up!

Just imagine what it's going to be like when you recover from binge eating:

  • You are no longer worried about bingeing.
  • You are not worried about your size.
  • You eat normally.
  • You can go out to restaurants or parties without the fear of food or bingeing.
  • You really like yourself.
  • You feel both confident and calm when you're out in the world.
  • You stop beating yourself up and start enjoying your life and the people around you.
  • You feel settled.
  • You feel at peace with who YOU are.
  • You stop comparing yourself to others.

This 28 day self guided program can help you achieve all of this.

This program is the culmination of my success in treating people with disordered eating since 1999.

I have helped tens of thousands of people heal from Binge Eating Disorder over the past two decades using therapy, hypnotherapy, hypnotherapy downloads, and psycho-education. This program combines all of these modalities.

You can do this program completely on your own. Each day you will receive a psycho-educational video that will help teach you how to change the way your brain works so that you can stop binge eating. We each follow a certain roadmap that our brains create for us. These maps begin to form when we are very young -- they develop in whatever situation we are growing up in and they teach us how to make ourselves feel better and how to cope with certain feelings. Food and bingeing is something that used to serve you and help you. But now, it's something that hurts you.

This program teaches you how to blaze new trails for your brain so that your behaviors easily follow these paths.

The beginning will take work and attention, but eventually it will become automatic.

It's easier to act your way into a new way of thinking than to think your way into a new way of acting. This program will support you in changing your behaviors from day one, from the very moment you start.

Your urge and desire to binge eat will be followed by a different behavior -- a more thoughtful and conscientious loving behavior.

In the past when you had an urge to binge eat -- the behavior that followed was bingeing. As you work through this program, you will find that when you have the urge to binge -- the behavior that follows will be the instinct NOT to binge.

Motivation is what gets you started, but habit is what keeps you going.

You are developing new habits so patience with yourself and your process will be important. Your binge eating was a coping mechanism that developed over time to help you. Maybe eating helped you to feel better after your parents yelled at you, maybe eating helped you to feel calmer when you felt stressed out with school or friends. Maybe eating made your body relax when you were feeling jumpy and anxious. Maybe it helped you in a completely different way. That’s all okay -- food served a very important purpose for you. But now, with this program, you will learn to take care of yourself in an entirely different way so that you don’t need food.

Who is this program for?

  • This program is for you if you have the desire to stop binge eating, stop emotional eating, stop obsessive dieting and stop weight-loss programs that never seem to work for you.
  • This program is for you if you are just sick and tired of dealing with food issues.
  • This program is for you if you are ready to liberate yourself from diets and weight-loss regimens and everything else you’ve tried.
  • This program is for you if you are ready to be a normal eater, stop worrying about food, calories, carbs, points, and how many calories you’ve burned.
  • This program is for you if you have been hiding out and not enjoying social events because you are anxious around food and anxious in your body.
  • This program is for you if you are willing to dedicate at least 5 minutes a day to radical self care.
  • This program is for you if you are ready to feel calm around food and in your body.

Who is this program not for?

This program would not be a good fit for someone who is looking for a quick fix to lose weight. Although quitting binge eating might result in weight loss, the most important thing that we are doing in this program is helping you to create normalcy around food and eating. Anyone who promises you weight loss with their program is making a statement that is not an ethical or objective truth. Nobody knows what your body needs or what size it’s supposed to be except for your body! Your body has its own shape and size that it THRIVES at. When you are not bingeing and you are not restricting and you are practicing loving, healthy movement -- your body will come to its individual perfect place.

If you are suffering with bulimia or anorexia, relying solely on a self-guided online treatment program is not advisable. Although this program can be a good compliment to psychotherapy and more traditional treatment, if you are actively purging or dramatically restricting your calories, you need to be monitored by a doctor and be seeing a therapist in person.

What do I get with this program?

This is a targeted program developed by an eating disorders therapist with decades of experience in treating Binge Eating Disorder. It specifically targets binge eating and gives you all the tools you need to recover from binge eating.

This is a 5 week program complete with:

  • 28 Daily Psycho-educational videos
  • 19 downloadable audio meditations
  • Homework and Worksheets
  • Support and discussion
  • Private Facebook Support group
  • Ongoing monthly Live Support groups.
  • Weekly Live Support groups from Thanksgiving to New Years to really support you during the difficult holidays.
  • Lifetime access to the program so that you always have support and you can always access it.

You will receive:

  • Daily video lectures that will teach you evidence based behavioral and mindfulness skills that you need to consciously let go of binge eating.
  • Visualizations and meditations that will help you integrate the skills into your unconscious so that your unconscious mind will take in new ideas which your behaviors will begin to follow.
  • Homework that will help you reinforce your learning and allow you delve deeper into your mind to learn more about yourself and your behaviors.
  • A private community of other program participants who you can check in with for support, discussion, encouragement and wisdom.

How long do I have access to the program?

It’s yours forever. You can go back to it again and again and do the program as many times as you want.

What kind of support do I get?

You get the support of other people doing the program either via a secret Facebook group or within the program. I will also be checking in to answer questions and give support where needed.

How long do I need each day to do it?

If you can commit to at least five minutes each day of recovery activities, you will begin to see big changes very quickly.

What if I can’t do it every day?

This is self-guided so if you need to skip a day, that is fine. What is most important is that you learn to treat yourself with kindness, love, respect, and patience. If you skip a day, or even a week, that’s okay -- you cannot lose the recovery you get. You will begin to find recovery in the very first lesson. So even if you take a day or a few days off, you will still be in a place of recovering. When you are patient and kind to yourself -- you create recovery and peace within you. Recovery has a snowball effect: each small recovery activity that you partake in leads to a more profound overall effect.

Can I really stop binge eating on my own?

According to a study done by Kaiser Permanente, self-guided treatment for Binge Eating is as effective as being in traditional treatment for Binge Eating Disorder.

How much is it?

The complete program is $497 when you pay in full, with flexible payment options.

"I am delighted to have reached the last day so effortlessly. The programme has far, far exceeded my expectations. I have read what feels like a hundred books over the years on how to stop binge eating, all promising magic results. Nothing could touch this programme though. It is life changing. The most amazing thing is that it's not really about binging, it's about reclaiming, loving and nurturing yourself. Finding ways of caring and loving yourself rather than leaving any room for neglecting yourself. I realise this is an ongoing process and I plan to work my way through the programme each month to keep growing, learning and changing. It really is beyond my wildest dreams. At times over the years, very frequently, I'd felt I'd be stuck in it forever. I'm so grateful for this programme and for Leora. Words an never really convey how awful it's been over the years and how significant this programme is. A huge part of the distress and despair was in being unable to find help despite feeling brave enough to ask for it. I hope this is just the beginning of this wonderful gift. I hope to be able to help others too. I'm starting to get myself back. You've changed my life Leora. I'll be forever grateful from the bottom of my heart. Blessings to you." Claire T. - UK

This seems like a lot of work, I want to do it, but I'm not sure I have the time:

The videos are anywhere from 6-22 minutes each day, and there is some homework and some guided meditations to listen to. I try to reiterate that although each day has a lot in it, even doing small bits each day can be extremely helpful. Many women with eating disorders have an all-or-nothing mindset. Wrapping your mind around doing "just enough," just little bits each day -- like thinking of one self-caring thing that you can do for yourself or checking in with the group to talk about where you're at and how you're feeling, or to get some extra support if you need it or give support to others-- will create a snowball effect of recovery. So, even if you only have a couple of minutes to spend-- use that time -- your recovery and your inner peace will just increase and settle into you. People are doing really well and enjoying it quite a bit. I created it to be pretty mellow and not rigid or overwhelming-- because those of us who have or who either have or have recovered from ED's know how to get overwhelmed by trying to do it all-- don't we?

After you purchase the program, it will always be there for you. So, if you choose to do a few minutes one day, skip a day, do a minute the next day, skip a day-- but keep doing it even if you can't finish quickly, you will finish it eventually. It might take you a year - but that's okay. It's really meant to be done over and over again so that you can get something different and go deeper into your recovery with it each time.

Is there a guarantee?

Try the program for seven days. If after a week you feel as though this is not helpful or not what you were hoping for, you will get a refund -- no shame and no questions asked. This is a risk free offer.

If you are ready to:

  • Change your life
  • Give up binge eating
  • Feel calm, relaxed, and peaceful around food
  • Feel at peace in your body
  • Stop beating yourself up
  • Reclaim your life from the tyranny of binge eating, emotional eating and stuffing yourself

Finally be on the other side of this, scroll to the bottom of this page -- choose your favorite payment option and sign up now.

Once you purchase this program, YOU HAVE LIFETIME ACCESS TO IT! It will always be available for you so you can do it again and again and again and learn something new about yourself every time. Purchase now and you can start immediately.

I’m really looking forward to seeing you in the group, interacting with you and helping you get to the other side.
